Joe and Jenna’s walk out to the Muskegon Lighthouse

Jenna and I spent almost 4 hours down at the beach yesterday. We walked around down by the channel and ventured out onto the pier to get some pictures of the built up ice on the lighthouse. I ended up bringing my drone along with us too. At one point, there were tons of people down there. We had a lot of fun chatting with everyone and enjoyed taking these pictures. It was a beautiful sunny day with blue skies. The temperature was just aboveΒ 30 degrees but there was almost no wind coming off from the lake. Enjoy some of our pictures below and check out my drone video underneath them.

The original images are very high quality but these were compressed to load faster across all devices. If anyone is interested in a print, please send me a messageΒ on here or on Facebook. Thank you πŸ™‚

Are you wondering why there’s a stuffed piece of poop laying in the snow? lol. Well, I was shopping on Amazon.com last month and this was offered to me as a free gift at checkout. I’ve been bringing/sneaking it out on adventures with us. When Jenna is least expecting it, I’ll say something like “I have to switch lenses, can you hold my poop?” LOL. It’s kinda stupid but really funny when it’s completely unexpected πŸ™‚

Anyways, here’sΒ my drone video. Make sure to watch in HD! πŸ™‚

I took a lot of really good pictures but I was more excited with what I was able to capture with my drone. I hope you enjoy this and keep and eye out tomorrow for some cool pictures and a special event announcement. Have a great night everyone! πŸ™‚ Make sure to watch in HDMuskegon Local, WatchMuskegon, Muskegon South Pierhead Light
