The Last Remnants of Winter
As the last remnants of Winter melt and fade away, we can finally say hello to Spring 🙂 Here are a few images of the remaining ice.
I posted this picture on my Facebook page that showed the ice returning to our shoreline. It wasn’t there a few days ago, it must have made it’s way to the shore overnight. Thanks to Aaron Ofseyer of WZZM for sharing it on his page and on the air this morning 🙂
Motorcycle Trip to the Beach 4-15-15
Today, Jenna and I took a trip down to Pere Marquette Beach on my motorcycle. It was her first time riding on a sport bike and despite being a little chilly, it was a good time 🙂
We were able to capture some more pictures of the ice before it’s completely melted and gone until next Winter. The snow fences are being removed and the sand is being pushed around by the heavy equipment.
I’m pretty happy to see the fences coming down and the weather getting warmer. After a pretty intense snow storm in November/December, I was finished with Winter a little early this year and took a trip to Maui and Key West to warm up lol. I’m looking forward to capturing some amazing images this Spring and Summer. Stay tuned 🙂
If you’re interested, check out some of those pictures on my fan page, i’ll be posting more soon.
